Ideal for founders developing two coordinated products, such as a top and bottom, shirt and trouser, dress and jacket, or another two-style launch. Production Credit: Up to $400 in production credits when both developed styles proceed to qualifying production.

3 Styles Payment plan: 65% ($5,200) to begin and 35% ($2,800) before Phase 2. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Designed for brands ready to develop a focused three-style collection with a coordinated technical and production strategy. 5 Styles Payment plan: $1,500 project initiation payment + 4 payments of $2,500 Our complete product-development program for founders building a cohesive five-style capsule collection. Production Credit: Up to $1,000 in production credits when all five styles proceed to qualifying production.
06.BRAND LAUNCH
5 Styles + Initial Marketing Preparation Payment plan: 4 payments of $3,750 For founders looking for support beyond product development and preparing to introduce their first collection to market. This program includes the complete 5-Style Capsule Collection Program, plus an initial launch and marketing-preparation phase. Andrew Baghdi, Owner
Introduced to the garment industry from a young age, Andrew grew up around the family business and developed a firsthand understanding of garment construction, manufacturing and the relationships that drive the industry.
After working alongside the family throughout the years, Andrew joined the business full-time in 2018 with a clear objective: to preserve the knowledge and craftsmanship built over decades while modernizing the company for a new generation of designers and brands.
Today, Andrew leads Atelier Damask’s continued evolution from a traditional garment manufacturer into a complete fashion development and manufacturing partner. His focus is on building a more structured and accessible process for clients from initial concept and product development through prototyping, production and long-term growth.
Andrew continues to oversee client relationships, business development and the strategic direction of Atelier Damask while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day operation of the factory.
Fayez Baghdi
Our Founder — A Legacy of Craftsmanship
His journey began in Syria, where he learned the art of tailoring at a young age. Upon immigrating to Canada, he began with small garment productions, gradually building his reputation through dedication and craftsmanship.
In 2000, he established his own sewing facility in Montreal, growing it into a successful manufacturing business. After decades of commitment to the industry, he entrusted the company to his son in 2020, laying the foundation for what Atelier Damask represents today.
His craftsmanship built our foundation. His legacy continues through every garment we create.
Seta Tavitian,
Production Manager & Foundational Member of Atelier Damask
With decades of hands-on experience in garment production, Seta brought an exceptional level of discipline, care, and craftsmanship to Atelier Damask.
Her experience spanned many areas of manufacturing, from working with leather in her younger years to overseeing knit and cut-and-sew production later in life. She understood production from the ground up and believed that quality was never something to be inspected only at the end it had to be built into every step of the process.
As Production Manager, Seta led by example. She worked alongside the team, paid close attention to every detail, and took personal pride in ensuring that every garment leaving the factory met the standards she believed in.
Her influence went far beyond production. Her work ethic, leadership, generosity, and commitment to doing things properly helped shape the culture of Atelier Damask and the way we continue to operate today.
Seta’s legacy remains an inseparable part of Atelier Damask. The standards she set and the values she instilled continue to guide us in every garment we make.
